In case you wish to return a product, Modart will make every effort to serve you.

If the return concerns a defective product, after initially informing Modart within 10 calendar days of receipt, at 2310641264 or at info@modart.gr the return is made through ELTA COURIER with costs incurred by Modart, and after receiving and checking the product a new one is sent same or other similar value if this is not available.

In any other case of return, after Modart is initially informed within 10 calendar days of receipt at 2310641264 or at info@modart.gr the return is made through your choice and the shipping costs are borne by the customer. To accept a return of products, the following conditions must be met in full:

1. The products are in excellent condition without having suffered any damage.
2. The products must be in their original packaging without any tabs and markings being removed.
3. The products have not been used.

If the above conditions are met, then all or part of the original cost will be reimbursed (only valid if a condition is not met satisfactorily) in the same way it was used to pay it.

Returns on offer products are not accepted.
